The marriage of Unity's founders presented a unique opportunity to elevate their understanding of essential wedding business elements. Managing vendors within budget, perfecting styling and arrangements, and enhancing coordination and planning took on new significance for Daniel and Patience. Balancing business operations with their own wedding preparations revealed industry shortcomings, highlighting imperfections in certain aspects of planning.

“We are not oblivious to the fact that the final decorative aspect of our wedding was not to the standard we had envisioned and that was on us. The process highlighted the importance of trials before the final day, the need to trust vendors who can back up their words with concrete evidence(portfolio) and the ability to see the beauty past the imperfections (there will always be something not quite 100% on the day)”. Everyone starts somewhere and every now and then we partner with businesses who are fresh to the industry to give them opportunities to gain experience. We won’t do this if we don’t have full confidence in the workmanship and products produced.”

Half a decade of growth and experience in the industry has left the founders far more advanced in their craft, producing their high quality service. Their own wedding was the cherry on top, a beautiful celebration leaving Unity By Patience with a renewed, transformative vision for the future.
